When you book with Kwphotography be prepared for a one of a kind experience! Your session is personalized to your wants and needs so when you see your beautiful images it is everything that you would imagine and more!
Once you have signed the contract and paid your session fee, I will schedule your session date! We will also schedule a phone consultation to chat about any questions or concerns you may have and what products you are interested in. I’ll fill you in on all the details of my process for your session, the ordering appointment, and the pricing for the products I offer.

consultation
The day we’ve all been waiting for! Kwphotography strives to make your experience stress free by providing a collection of maternity gowns, props for all sessions, everything needed for your babies first birthday, and accessories for your little one! Sessions take place at my in home studio located in Hampton, GA. All props and accessories are included in your photo shoot for maternity, newborn, and baby.

session day
I will see you back at the studio on your scheduled ordering date to review your portraits in person. By this time you will have an understanding of what you are wanting to invest. There will be light refreshments served while you view your beautiful slideshow of images. I will help guide you through choosing products to display in your home as well as any add-ons you want to send to family and friends. All parties wanting to partake in the investing of portraits are encouraged to be at your ordering appointment as you will be placing your order that day - payment is also required at that time.

VIEWING & ORDERING APPOINTMENT
Your products and digitals will be ready for delivery within two to four weeks after your ordering appointment. Please allow up to four weeks for custom albums. I will contact you when your products have arrived and we can arrange for you to pick them up at my studio.

We believe in providing excellent customer service, educating our clients on their options, fulfilling your needs, and delivering beautiful finished products. The experience is continued throughout the entire client interaction, from first phone call to final delivery. There is a pre-session consultation to discuss the wants and needs of the upcoming session, we give you the opportunity to touch and feel products in person, and discuss sizes and options for prints and wall art. There is also a client closet for you to borrow from so you have a selection of beautiful gowns for a maternity session, cute outfits for a first birthday, or newborn session to choose from.
